How To Perform System Reset

Hello Falcon Owner,

If your here then Windows 10 not working quite right maybe after an update or maybe after a bad piece of software was installed. If you would like to just start over fresh you have come to the right place. Before you do a reset make sure to backup anything you might want. If you would like some help with this please submit a ticket.

Step 1
To perform a reset you will need to Click on the Start Menu then click on the Gear Icon (Settings).
Step 2
In the menu Click on Update & security.

Step 3
Click on the Recovery button on the Left.

Step 4
Under the Reset this PC heading click on the Get started.

Step 5
Depending on what you want to do you may want to keep you files, but most of the time we recommend to remove everything and rely on your backup. So click on Remove Everything

Step 6
Select Only the drive where Windows is installed if this box pops up.

Unless you are getting rid of the computer then you might want All Drives.

Step 7
Select Just remove my files. Unless you are getting rid of the PC.

Step 8
Then Click Reset and you are done. Just wait a while and you will boot into a clean load of Windows 10.
