Hello Falcon Owners,
We ship out a lot of stands, unfortunately some of the stands after shipping and initial setup the tension bolt will get a little loose and will need to be re torqued to keep the monitor upright. Please follow this guide to resolve the issue.
First you will need to locate the wrench that was included with you stand.
Now you will need to pop off the plastic covers to gain access to the bolt.
Now with the wrench tighten the bolt by turning it clockwise. Keep tightening until the monitor holds itself upright.
