Sound Not Working

Hello Falcon Owners,

Here on some steps to help get your sound back up and playing.

Make sure the Audio isn’t muted follow the below steps.

Step 1
Left click on your Sound Icon. 
Step 2
Left click on Slider and Slide it to the right.

The Audio icon should change to.  

Set your default sound device.

Step 1

Right Click on the Sound Icon

Step 2

Left Click on “Open Sounds”.


Step 3

Click on the “Playback” tab


Step 4

Find your Audio Device typically it’s “Speaker” Right Click on your Audio Device. Then Click on “Set as Default Device”


Step 5

Click on the “OK” buttion.


 

If the two methods above didn’t solve the issue here are a few more to try.

  1. Unplug the sound device then plug it back in (if it’s USB based let it sit without power for 2 minutes).
  2. Turn off the computer and let it sit for 4 minutes and try again (If it’s a laptop also remove the battery).
  3. If the step above didn’t work most likely it is driver related and you will need to contact Falcon Support for this. You can submit a ticket here.
